Rector’s Forum | Register
Hosted by Father Chuck and featuring Bishop Doyle, the Rector’s Forum will take place from 10:10-10:50 a.m., at which time all but those scheduled to be confirmed and their parents and sponsors are asked to ‘leave the meeting’. The confirmands will meet with Bishop Doyle from 10:50-11:20 a.m. The same registration will apply for this portion of the Zoom meeting. Then, the vestry will meet with Bishop Doyle for a ‘virtual lunch meeting’, this meeting will take place from 12:15-1:15 p.m. in a separate Zoom meeting.

Leader: The Rev. Dr. Chuck TreadwellIn this Journey Group we will have a careful and nuanced conversation about mortality. We will discuss the accompanying issues that arise as we inevitably make decisions, weighing longevity and quality of life. We will read Being Mortal, by Atul Gawande. We will also explore our own biblical and theological understanding of mortality as well.
Zooming the Enneagram | Registration Open
June 14-28, July 12-26, meets Sunday, 3-4:30 p.m.
Leaders: Caroline Kibler and Calan ThurowIn this group, we will explore the Enneagram, which is a powerful tool for personal transformation, based on a collection of nine distinct strategies for relating to the self, others and the world. Topics will include the nine enneagram types, the three centers of intelligence, and the three instinctual subtypes. This group will focus on learning by sharing the stories of our unique experiences through presentations, mini-panels and small group discussions. The focus will be on learning the Enneagram from the beginning, but all levels of Enneagram knowledge are welcome. Some web resources will be provided, but there is no required book.

How did this social context come about and what do we know about these sectarians? Discover the historical and political context that shaped the Israel of Jesus’ day.
