Give yourself the gift that keeps on giving this holiday season. Join us for a unique winter mini-retreat that will provide you with the opportunity to gather with other women in a context that will feed body, mind and soul.
Together, we will explore the real issues that wear us out on a soul level and keep us from living authentic, creative, and radiant lives. We will listen deeply to the stories of women in the Bible to better know ourselves. There will be time for self-reflection and conversation as well as good food. We will also have a unique opportunity to experience a deep form of meditation and self inquiry called Integrative Restoration (iRest®.) Re-creation happens as we relax more completely into the freedom to be who we truly are.
Won’t you take care of you this year? Join us for this very special time together.
What is iRest®? Through iRest®, anyone can learn to rediscover their essential wholeness and their interconnectedness with all of life. From this place of discovery, life situations are met with a deeply wise and compassionate response. iRest® is integrative in that it heals the various unresolved issues, traumas, and wounds that are present in the body and mind. It is restorative in that it aids its practitioners in recognizing their underlying peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life. iRest® is designed to unwind and deeply relax the nervous system, release physical, mental and emotional pain, free up past conditioning, break through barriers and overcome obstacles.
