Confirmation is a sacramental rite in which those who have been duly prepared make a  Confirmation_IMG_2532_large-group[1]public affirmation of their faith and a commitment to the responsibilities of Baptism and receive the laying on of hands by the bishop. Confirmation is appropriate for anyone who has been baptized and matured in their faith, would like to renew their baptismal vows, and has not been confirmed before.

Confirmation is typically offered twice a year. If you would like to be confirmed, please contact the Rebecca Hall.

This class is to prepare those interested in being confirmed or received at the Bishop’s June 4 visit. The class will cover the basics of Christianity through a series of lectures and class discussion. Woven into the class will be information about the Episcopal church, the Bible, church history, theology and ethics, liturgy, and the sacraments. This class is also open to anyone who wants a refresher on the basics.
